HIPP HA Combiotic Stage 1 Infant Formula is adapted to the nutritional needs of your newborn baby and supports its healthy development. It is suitable as a sole food or for feeding in addition to Breast milk.
What is so special about HA Combiotik Stage 1 Infant Milk?
Thanks to low-allergen protein, HiPP PRE HA COMBIOTIK® infant milk helps reduce the risk of allergy to milk protein, similar to breastfed infants. It also contains LCP (omega-3 and -6) fatty acids. These fatty acids are very important in the first months of life.,They cannot yet be sufficiently produced by the babies themselves.
The formula contains as well a unique combination of natural lactic acid cultures, originally obtained from breast milk. Other valuable ingredients include galactooligosaccharides (GOS), which have a positive effect on the intestinal flora.
Instructions for use
Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months is ideal for your baby. Please talk to your pediatrician if you want to use an infant formula. Like breast milk, all infant milk formulas contain carbohydrates. They are an important part of your baby’s diet.
Frequent or prolonged contact of the teeth with liquids containing carbohydrates can lead to tooth decay and thus to health problems. Do not let your child use the bottle to suck on it all the time and let him drink from a cup as early as possible. Caution: this product must not be used if there is an allergy or suspected allergy to cow’s milk protein.

Notes
Follow the instructions for use exactly during preparation. Improper preparation or storage over a longer period of time can lead to adverse health effects. For example, dangerous germs can grow. Therefore, prepare food freshly before each meal and feed immediately.
Do not reuse leftover food. Clean bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Close the opened pouch tightly, store in a dry place at room temperature and use up within three weeks. Do not heat the food in microwave (risk of scalding).

Frequently asked questions
Does HA food reduce the risk of allergies?
If allergies occur in the family, i.e. if parents or siblings are known to have an allergy (e.g. hay fever, food allergy, neurodermatitis or allergic asthma), babies in this family are also “pre-exposed to allergies”. Breast milk is the best allergy protection for babies. Mothers of allergy-prone children should breastfeed their babies fully for four to six months, if possible.
If breastfeeding is not possible or the mother wants supplementation, HA formula is a good option. The term HA stands for hypo-allergenic food. The special manufacturing process of HA food turns the large proteins of cow’s milk into small protein particles. This can reduce the risk of developing an allergy.
Does my baby need to finish the bottle?
Baby’s appetite can vary. Every baby has different needs. The drinking quantities indicated on the package are quantities that are drunk on average by babies of the corresponding age. Babies know very well how much food they need, especially in the first few months.
Therefore, they naturally drink only as much as they need. A residue in the bottle is no cause for concern. It only shows that your baby is already full. Please do not reuse such leftover food.
What is the difference between the Pre and 1 formulas?
A distinction is made between Pre and Stage 1 infant formulae, both of which are suitable from birth for feeding in addition to breast milk or for feeding the baby on its own. The main difference between the two foods is that Pre food, like breast milk, contains only milk sugar (lactose). The stage 1 food has additional gluten-free, easily digestible starch as an ingredient. The small amount of starch makes the food more creamy.
How to prepare it?
When preparing infant milk formula, you should always follow the package instructions exactly. For the nutrient supply and digestibility of the feed, it is important to adhere to the specified amounts of powder and water.
Also observe the hygiene rules, because baby’s immune system still has to mature. Always prepare bottles only immediately before feeding and not in stock. Hands, the measuring spoon and all parts of the bottle must be clean and dry. Always boil the water for feeding.
What do I do if my baby does not like HIPP HA Combiotic Stage 1?
Most babies like this formula very much. However, if it is not to your baby’s taste, you can try Holle Stage 1 Organic (Bio) Infant Formula, for example. The most important thing is the happiness of your baby.
