How to use Holle Bio Stage 3 Formula

Holle Bio Stage 3 is ideal from the 10th month as part of a mixed diet of bottle and porridge meals. Among other things, the formula is also suitable for the preparation of muesli. It is ideal following Holle’s Stage 3 formula. It is best to switch to a different food in the third year of life. This could be Holle’s Stage 4 formula, for example.

Storage instructions

It is important that the formula is stored in a cool place. Unopened, the expiration date on the bottom of the package applies. After opening, cool storage is also needed, but not in the fridge. You can use the powder for up to two weeks after opening.

Preparation | Holle Bio Stage 3

The preparation of Holle Bio Stage 3 is very simple.

Boil water and then let it cool to 50°C. Then pour half of it into an empty bottle The quantities are indicated on the packaging. Measure the amount of powder according to the table and add it to the vial. Shake powder and water. Then add the remaining water and shake again. Allow to cool to drinking temperature (37°C).

Improper preparation and storage may result in adverse health effects. Always prepare each vial fresh. Do not reuse leftover food. Do not heat the food in the microwave (risk of overheating).

First and foremost, this product contains as its main ingredient skimmed milk from organic Demeter farming.

It also contains whey product (partially demineralized whey powder), vegetable oils (palm oil, canola oil, sunflower oil), maltodextrin, starch, lactose, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, L-tyrosine and fish oil – all from organic production.

Other ingredients include magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, calcium hydroxide, L-tryptophan, ferrous lactate, copper sulfate, vitamin C, sodium chloride, zinc sulfate, vitamin E, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin A, vitamin B6, manganese sulfate, potassium iodate, folic acid, sodium selenate, vitamin K, vitamin D, biotin, vitamin B12.

All ingredients are subject to strict EU standards. In addition, the even stricter Demeter standards are applied.
