Refund and Returns Policy
Your baby’s safety always comes first. We want every family to feel confident ordering from us. If something isn’t right, please contact us — we are always happy to help and will do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
Because baby formula is a sensitive nutrition product, special handling rules apply to protect all babies and families.
⚠️ For safety and hygiene reasons, baby formula cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked once it leaves our warehouse — even if the product is unopened.
🔒 Why Returns Are Not Possible
Infant formula is perishable and hygiene-sensitive. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee proper storage or handling outside our warehouse. To protect every customer, returned formula must be discarded and cannot be resold.
This policy exists to protect your baby and every other baby whose family orders from us.
🚚 After Your Order Has Shipped
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or stop delivery. Shipping and handling costs are substantial, and products in transit cannot be returned safely.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@organicbabyformula.shop before your order is dispatched.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your case quickly and provide a fair solution.

🔄 Refund Review Process
Each case is reviewed individually. If your situation qualifies under our policy, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but we aim to resolve eligible cases as quickly as possible.
We are not able to issue refunds for orders where the product was received as described and in good condition.
Refunds or replacements may be considered for damaged items, incorrect products received, or cases where the order did not arrive.
Opened or used formula, change of mind, incorrect address provided at checkout, or orders already in transit.
Your order number, full name, a clear description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
