Holle A2 Stage 2 is made with milk containing A2 beta-casein and is intended from 6 months as part of a diversified diet. The A2 designation describes the milk-protein profile and does not guarantee easier digestion, improved tolerance or reduced feeding discomfort.

The principal stated difference between Holle A2 and standard Holle cow-milk formulas is the beta-casein profile. Individual tolerance cannot be predicted from this designation alone.
